There is no rigid MOQ. Sample or trial orders of a few idlers, a spare pulley or a single cleaner are welcome; volume quotes improve with larger quantities. Tell us the belt width, quantity and application and we will price accordingly.
Standard CEMA D/E idlers and off-the-shelf pulleys usually ship within 15–25 working days. Custom sizes, special lagging or large production batches take 30–45 days. We confirm a firm lead time on every quote.
Yes. We build to your belt width (24"–96" / 600–2400mm), required roller diameter, trough angle, shaft length and sealing style. Send a dimension sketch or the equipment model and we will engineer the matching part.
Our carrying, impact and return idlers are built to CEMA D/E dimensions for interchangeability: same roller diameter range, bearing housing pattern and mounting spacing, so they replace existing D/E units without re-drilling the frame.
Idlers and small parts are packed in seaworthy wooden cases or pallets with export wrapping; pulleys are protected against moisture and loaded for sea, air or express freight. We can mark packages to your consignee requirements.
Common terms are T/T (deposit against order, balance before shipment) and L/C for large orders. Payment details and currency (USD/EUR) are agreed on the proforma invoice before production.
Yes. We can manufacture to your drawings, supply unbranded units or apply your label, and pack to your export requirements. OEM and repeat spare-parts programs are handled under confidential terms.
