Snub / Bend Pulley

Product Overview

The Snub / Bend Pulley sits close to the drive pulley to wrap the belt around a larger arc, increasing friction so the head drum transmits more torque without slipping on high-power crusher and plant drives. Its smaller Ø250–400mm smooth or lightly lagged shell and adjustable bearing bracket let you tune the wrap angle on 24–72 inch belts. It also redirects the belt around head and take-up points where space is tight.
