PU Tapered Tracking Idler

Product Overview

The PU Tapered Tracking Idler uses a conical PU face that guides a laterally drifting belt back to center, normally used as a pair inside a rotary self-aligning station on long, curved or inclined conveyors carrying variable tonnage (24–72 inch). The cone converts belt movement into steering correction under load changes; PU sleeve over a tapered steel body with sealed bearings, supplied to your roller diameter and station width.
