The CEMA E Self-Aligning Troughing Idler keeps the loaded belt centered without sensors or actuators: the whole troughing frame rotates on a central vertical pivot, and two vertical guide rollers ride the belt edges so drift turns the frame and steers the belt back to center. Installed at intervals on long overland and reversible carrying-side belts, it corrects misalignment before the edge can rub the structure or spill material. Built to CEMA E with 6"/7" rollers, IP66 seals and lifetime-lubricated bearings, it suits high-speed, high-tonnage lines where manual tracking cannot keep pace.
