The CEMA E Equal Troughing Idler is the carrying-side workhorse for the heaviest bulk handling: three equal-length rollers on a welded steel-channel frame form a 20°, 35° or 45° trough that cradles the loaded belt across 36–96 inch widths. Sealed spherical, lifetime-lubricated bearings sit inside multi-stage IP66 labyrinth seals that keep dust and water out while retaining grease, so the assembly runs quietly and sustains high tonnage on overland mines, ports and stockyards. Built to the CEMA E extra-heavy-duty load rating, it is a drop-in replacement for matching CEMA E frames and can be supplied to your roller diameter, trough angle, paint and bracket-spacing requirements.
