The CEMA E Unequal Troughing Idler uses a longer center roller and two shorter side rollers (offset L1/L2) to spread the loaded belt more evenly than an equal layout, reducing edge loading and belt wear on high-tonnage mining, quarry and cement carrying-side belts at 36–96 inch. A welded robust channel, lifetime-lubricated spherical bearings and IP66 multi-stage labyrinth seals meet the CEMA E rating, while the offset geometry also stabilizes the belt through transition zones and heavy bulk transfer points.
