Product Overview

The V-Plow Return Cleaner hangs across the empty return belt just ahead of the tail pulley, sweeping lumps and loose material outward to both sides before they can jam between belt and drum. A PU or PE blade in a V arrangement suits light-to-medium 24–72 inch lines, protecting the tail pulley and return idlers from impact and reducing return-run spillage. Simple to mount and replace, it is a low-cost guard for smaller conveyors.
