Primary Belt Cleaner (PU Blade)

Product Overview

The Primary Belt Cleaner (PU Blade) mounts across the head-pulley arc and strips the bulk of carry-back off the belt at discharge before it reaches the return run. Segmented, replaceable polyurethane blades conform to the belt face and scrape coal, aggregate and grain from 24–96 inch high-capacity port and plant belts, reducing spillage, dust and idler fouling. The steel body and segmented design let you replace worn blades individually without removing the whole assembly.
