Product Overview
The Chute Wear Liner protects the inside of chutes and hoppers from abrasive coal, ore and cement flow with bolted, replaceable panels in hardened steel, rubber or ceramic cut to your chute geometry. Rather than replacing the whole chute when it wears, you swap individual liner plates, extending service life and reducing downtime. Supplied custom-fit to your duct dimensions and bolt pattern.

How to Choose This Component
- Grade and load: choose CEMA E for extra-heavy, high-tonnage and overland duty; CEMA D for heavy-duty mainstream sections. Size the roller diameter and bracket spacing to the expected impact, belt load and material flow.
- Belt width: match the part to your belt (Custom). When requesting a quote, send belt width, required trough angle or drum diameter, and installation spacing so we can confirm a drop-in fit.
- Working environment: tell us whether the duty is wet, dusty, sticky, abrasive or high-drop so we can match the seal, lagging, material and surface finish.
- Retrofit and mounting: provide existing bracket spacing and frame type for a direct replacement; painted or galvanized finishes are both available.

Frequently Asked Questions
What build grade and rating is the Chute Wear Liner?
Chute Wear Liner is supplied at D (Heavy-Duty). It is engineered to match CEMA D/E and ISO expectations for Custom belt duty and can be customized to your dimensions, lagging and finish.
What belt widths does the Chute Wear Liner cover?
This component is sized for Custom. Send your exact belt width, required angle or diameter and installation spacing when requesting a quote so we can confirm a direct, drop-in fit.
How is the Chute Wear Liner sealed against dust and water?
Protection follows Hardened steel, rubber or ceramic. Labyrinth-style sealing keeps grease in and fines, moisture and wash-down out, extending service life in harsh bulk-handling conditions.
