The Screw Take-up Frame holds the tail pulley at the belt end and adjusts belt tension by hand with a manual screw and adjustable stroke, the standard manual tensioner for short 24–72 inch quarry and plant conveyors where a gravity carriage is unnecessary. It replaces worn or seized housings, keeps the belt at correct working tension, and pairs with our smooth tail pulley for a complete tail-end assembly.
