The PU Crown (Waist-Drum) Self-Aligning Roller uses a barrel-shaped convex face — middle slightly larger in diameter — to passively push a drifting belt back to center without an active drive or pivot station. A PU sleeve over the crowned steel body gives grip and wear life on 24–72 inch long runs and sections prone to drift under uneven load; a swivel mount is available, and it retrofits onto existing frames.
