The CEMA D Unequal Impact Troughing Idler combines offset L1/L2 geometry with rubber cushion rings to absorb bulk drop energy at crusher discharge and quarry loading chutes on 24–72 inch belts. The unequal spread eases edge loading while the larger-than-shell rings deform elastically under impact; a heavy impact frame, sealed bearings and IP66 labyrinth seals keep it running where solid steel rollers would bind or fatigue. A cost-effective impact-zone alternative to the E grade.
