Placed directly under the loading chute, the CEMA E Equal Impact Troughing Idler cushions the belt against falling ore instead of letting the shock pass through to rollers and frame. Larger rubber cushion rings on the 6"/7" rollers compress and rebound to absorb drop energy, protecting the belt surface at ship-loader hoppers, high-feed stockyards and stacker buffers. A reinforced heavy channel, IP66 seals and lifetime-lubricated bearings hold up under repeated impact at the CEMA E load rating.
